Join us for the Empty Bowls and Baskets dinner to raise awareness of food insecurity, celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Warming House and to grow the newly established Endowment for Warming House Sustainability.
Each person who attends this event will choose a handmade bowl or basket to take home. This is a reminder that on this evening, we all have food to place in the bowls and baskets, but not everyone in our community has access to food on a daily basis.
For fifty years the St. Bonaventure University student-run Warming House has been addressing the quiet crisis of food insecurity in the Olean area. Join us to ensure the Warming House continues to serve the community into the future.
