Charleston Classic Pre-Game Parties

Thank you for registering to join us for our pre-game parties at Bay Street Biergarten, the exclusive gathering spot for Bona alumni and fans prior to every game. Please check your email for confirmation of your reservation for all three pre-game events: Thursday, Nov. 18, Friday, Nov. 19, and Sunday, Nov. 21. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
To date, more than 600 alumni, parents and friends have registered to attend the official St. Bonaventure pre-game events, which promise to be a great time for all Bonnies fans! Bay Street Biergarten, located on the corner of East Bay and Chapel Street on the historic Charleston Peninsula, is Charleston's first historic contemporary Biergarten. Featuring beautiful high ceilings and large communal tables, it's as close as you can get to an authentic Munich beer hall in the south. In addition, the 7,400-square-foot property provides us with a sprawling outdoor seating area.

Location & Timing
Bay Street Biergarten, 549 East Bay St, Charleston, SC 29403
Upon your arrival, use the Drake St. entrance to check-in at registration. The E. Bay St. entrance will be closed. Doors to the pre-game events will open 2 1/2 hours prior to each game time. Limited parking is available and will fill up quickly. We encourage the use of rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft, or taxi services, the popular bike Pedi-cabs in Charleston, or the DASH free downtown public transportation. In addition, many local hotels provide shuttle services.
Event Check-in
Registered guests received a QR code by email on Friday, November 12. QR codes will be re-sent as a reminder on Wednesday, November 17. Upon arrival, you will be required to check-in at registration by QR code scan. If you registered multiple guests, we advise arriving together if at all possible. Once checked in, you'll receive a drink ticket and swag. Avoid the line by checking in early! We'll be set up at Bay Street Biergarten for early arrivals on Wednesday, November 17 from 7 to 10 p.m. Stop by to pick up your nametag and have a drink with Fr. Ross Chamberland, OFM!

TD Arena is a 12-minute walk from Bay Street Biergarten.
Covid-19 Information
Unvaccinated guests are requested to wear a facial mask while indoors at Bay Street Biergarten. The College of Charleston has a campus-wide mask mandate in place, which includes TD Arena. All fans will be asked to wear masks inside the arena.
