Bona Sunset Cruise FAQs

Thank you for registering to join us for the Bona Sunset Cruise on Saturday, November 20. Please check your email for confirmation of your reservation for the cruise. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. 

We know you must be excited about the cruise and connecting with fellow Bonnies in person for what is sure to be a great time! The Charleston Princess boasts three decks and a dj for entertaining. The lower deck is enclosed and climate-controlled, the mid-deck is partially enclosed and open on the stern, with a glass solarium. The top deck is open to the air. Heavy hors d'oeuvres and open bars will be available.

While aboard the Charleston Princess, you'll get close-up views of the Holy City's most famous and charming sights including Fort Sumter, Forts Moultrie and Johnson, USS Yorktown, St. Michael's Church, stately homes on the Battery, The Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge and dolphins skimming the surface of the water.

Meeting Location
Safe Harbor Charleston City Marina, 17 Lockwood Dr., Charleston, SC 29401
Parking is available for $2 per hour. We encourage the use of rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft, or taxi services, the popular bike Pedi-cabs in Charleston, or the DASH free downtown public transportation. In addition, many local hotels provide shuttle services to the harbor.

Boarding
Prior to the cruise, all attendees will be sent an email with an assigned boarding time between 3 and 3:45 p.m. along with a unique QR code for entry. Upon your arrival, please check in at the registration table on the dock. The cruise is at maximum capacity. Any guest without a QR code will not be permitted on the boat. QR codes are non-transferrable.

What should I wear?
Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions. Keep in mind that the temperature on the water is significantly lower than on land. Guests should avoid wearing open-toe shoes or heels.

Could I get seasick?
The Charleston Harbor has a mild atmosphere and it is unlikely that you will feel much movement aboard the boat. 

Covid-19 Information
Unvaccinated guests are requested to wear a facial mask while indoors on the vessel.
